Procurement of spectrum monitoring system

The aim of the procurement is to buy a spectrum monitoring system of professional grade. The system shall consist of software for controlling, viewing and storing measured data and at least 2 receivers. The goal is to install the receivers in PTS´s measuring vehicles and collect RF data automatic. The collected data shall automatically be uploaded to servers located at PTS´s premisses when the receivers detects a specific wifi-network.
