Ministry of the Environment requests your tender for organizing an exhibition of best contemporary examples of Nordic Carbon Neutral Bauhaus construction projects. , , The task consists of following subtasks:, , 1. Collecting a list of potential project candidates for the exhibition. The list should include at least three projects from each five Nordic countries and Estonia. The projects should possess high architectural quality, include different categories of building and project types (new buildings and retrofits) and cover different approaches to low carbon building, including projects having low carbon footprint and/or high carbon handprint and circular economy principles (use of existing buildings, circularity of materials, design for longevity., , 2. Curation and organizing the exhibition based on chosen projects and proposed work plan. This should be carried out in close cooperation with exhibited project owners and architects. The client seeks fresh ideas and approaches in the exhibition concept highlighting inspiring and thought provoking visitor experience using new technology and visual infographics. The concept should however enable to set up the exhibition easily in different locations and countries as a travelling exhibition. That is why all the content of the exhibition should be easily (sustainably) transferrable in digital format. All the display materials in the exhibition should be in English., , The task includes designing and setting up the exhibition for the first time in one chosen location in a Nordic country. Preliminary first venue for the exhibition is Form/Design Center in Malmö. Form/Design Center is a New European Bauhaus partner, project owner of Sustainordic (Nordic Sustainable Construction) and a renowned meeting place and exhibition venue for architecture, design and craft. The exhibition space is situated in the foyer of Form/Design Center. It measures approx. 25 m2 with a ceiling height of 3m80. Form/Design Center will be responsible for supervising the exhibition space., , The task including organizing an opening exhibition should be completed and opened approximately on the week 47 (starting November 18th) 2024. The duration of the first exhibition will be approximately two months (60 days). The supplier is responsible to keeping and sharing the exhibition materials until the end of 2025 to possible forthcoming exhibitions in Nordic countries subject to separate contracts and agreements between provider and location/institution/organization. The aim is to display the exhibition in all Nordic countries by the end of 2025., , The maximum price of the procurement is 500 000 DKK (VAT 0 %). , , Ministry of the Environment will select one (1) supplier, with whom it will conclude a contract., , Detailed description of the procurement is given in Annex1.,
