Our ambition at Svenska Spel is to have the best customer experience and to do so we need to be customer centric, and data driven. Without proper measurement tools and related data foundation we have a hard time to reach our goals and ambitions in this area. Without enough capability we cannot efficiently measure the full customer experience and keep a good enough continuity in our measurements in order to continuously improve.
