Gasanalysator

The Supplier undertakes to deliver one (1) gas analyzer for measurements of the greenhouse gases N2O, CH4, CO2, NH3 and H2O to SLU, in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the contract. The Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) have intention to buy an instrument, Picarro G2508. SLU has found that thePicarro G2508 is the only instrument that can be used for an upcoming project. Please inform SLU in case your company can offer aninstrument with equivalent characteristics to the Picarro G2508 .

The requirements on the gas analyzer are:

- The instrument will be used to measure simultaneously the concentration of N2O, CH4, CO2, NH3 and H2O that is pulled down sampling lines to an indoor location where the analyzer shall be placed. The sampling air will be close to ambient pressure and room temperature. Air will be sampled from three separate lines at a rate of 2- 3 l min-1 and the analyzer shall be connected to these one by one in a pre-defined schedule. The analyzer shall be equipped with a sample pump suitable for sampling these conditions.

- Precision (raw): N2O <25 ppb, +0.05% of reading; CH4 <10 ppb, +0.05% of reading; CO2 <600 ppb, +0.05% of reading; NH3 <5 ppb, +0.05% of reading; H2O <500 ppm

- Operating range: N2O 0–400 ppm, CH4 0.5–15 ppm, CO2 0.02–2 %, NH3 0–2 ppm, H2O 0–7 %

SLU has found that the Picarro G2508 is the only instrument on the market that meets these requirements and can be used in the upcoming project.
