Laser

This laser is required for optical excitation of quantum dots. Since the emission wavelength of the semiconductor quantum dots can vary with choice of materials and growth method we require a tuneable solution based on Ti:Sapphire lazing medium. We also require high repetition rate, but not higher than 80MHz due to need to multiplex laser pulses and vary the length of the delay.
