Evaluation of ICT Programme

SPIDER and the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS) are implementing the ICT Regulation – Policy and Practice programme. The aim is to build capacity of national and regional ICT regulatory bodies in developing regions and to create a level playing field for good competition between telecom operators to ensure benefits for societies.

The present assignment regards an investigation and report of the results of the implementation of the programme.
