Stockholm University is working with superconducting nanowire technology devices that requires to be cooled to subKelvin temperature.
The cryostats should be based on closed-cycle coolers with air-cooled compressors (optionally water cooled) to enable easy relocation of the devices between various experimental setups, sometimes linked together.
