Refurbishment and extension of the Swedish Embassy in Beijing

In Beijing, NPBS is going to refurbish and extend the Swedish Embassy to fit the new demands from the tenant, a technical upgrading of ALL systems and an update in the interior. The work is planned to be carried out during 2018-2021. The Tenderer shall have all local permits and licenses to fulfil the full content of the Employers Requirements.
