Web Conferencing Solution

The Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB) will in late 2017 initiate a public procurement process which will result in a web conferencing tool that should enable net-based workshops, lessons, group assignments and lectures, etc. The resources of the system should be possible to embed in other tools and will be used for net-based learning within MSB.
The purpose of this RFI is to obtain comments for the upcoming procurement.
