Spectrometer system for outdoor measurements of spectral reflectance and chlorophyll fluorescence

The procurement concerns an instrument for passive measurement of spectral reflectance and emitted fluorescence signals for outdoor use. The instrument will be mounted in connection to an ICOS RI installation at a Swedish field station in a coniferous forest. The station is equipped with scientific state-of-art eddy covariance and meteorological equipment. The instrument will be used for generating data for estimation of vegetation health and growth, and for calibration of remotely sensed measurements.
