NGS-equipment

Scope

The Center for Translational Genomics at Lund University, Sweden is acquiring a NGS-equipment. The equipment is intended to be used for a benchtop NGS instrument as an upgrade of the currently used NextSeq 500 platform. The equipment is intended to be used for diverse NGS applications, such as exome and large-panel sequencing, transcriptome, small RNA and single-cell profiling, as well as small genome analysis

The tender also includes training on the use of the equipment and service contract following the expiration of warranty.

The instrument will be placed at The Center for Translational Genomics at Lund University, Lund, Sweden. The supplier will deliver the equipment and install on site.
