An upgrade to improve and increase the sample through-put of our DNA sequencing facility

This procurement refers to equipment for liquid handling and sample preparation for next-generation sequencing (NGS) applications from whole genome to whole transcriptome sequencing and targeted sequencing applications. Automated or semi-automated protocols/scripts for library preparation must be optimized for use of some of the assay chemistries from leading providers, with throughputs up to 96 sample processed at once.
