J-2020-0813 E-Beam evaporator software upgrade

One of the most widely used tools at Electrum Laboratory is a Provac e-beam evaporator PAK 600C with the serial no: 140/05. The tool is old, however fully operational, except for the computer control system, which is starting to have some problems and we would like to bring it up to date.

The system will be used in an environment of users from both academia and commercial companies, putting demands on user friendliness and versatility.
