The aim of this purchase is to acquire an instrument for simplifying the workflow for preparation, purification, and analysis of protein-DNA conjugates. The protein-DNA conjugates could be antibodies, nanobodies, or other binding molecules for example that we wish to attach a sequencable tag to, or that we wish to be able to participate in DNA processing such as amplification by polymerase, and that this occur at the site of a protein in a sample.
