Direct procurement of a Lab scale high pressure homogenizer (HPH)

High pressure homogensation is a commonly used technique to disrupt E. coli in order to release intracellular products. The department of Industrial Biotechnology have homogenisators in three different scales where we now seek to replace the middle system with a flow of approximately 30L/h at 800bar and typical batch sizes of 1-5L. The homogenisators are typcially run in continous mode where the sample is recirculated to the feed tank in contrast to discrete passages.
