Description of services: Trusted Intermediaries for Digital Twins in Positive Energy Districts (PEDs)

Requirements specifications of services

The purchase must include the following commitments/services:

Participation and contribution to work packages (WPs) and Milestones in the international JPI Urban Europe project “DigitalTwin4PEDs” and especially to the Swedish part of the project in the local context of Gothenburg. General commitments regard:

- Providing expertise as process leader and “trusted intermediary”, necessary for leading an inclusive co-creation process, for the development of a Positive Energy Balance and PED Roadmap for the district Jättesten, the Swedish “living lab”, located in Gothenburg.

The main commitments will be in the following WPs:

- WP1: Project management

Attendance and contribution to 3-4 international project meetings

Attendance and contribution monthly Swedish project meetings

- WP3: Develop Quality Assurance and Communication Process for PEDs by using Digital Twins

Develop concept of integration of building developers and other stakeholders in the design phase

Define role of trusted intermediary together with Digital Twin

- WP4: Review Digital Twin Quality Assurance process in implementation at Living Labs

Support setup PED process with Living Lab.

Introduce Digital Twin concept including Stakeholder Analysis and Vision development in Living Labs, supporting stakeholder involvement and data exchange process for Digital Twins.

Development of PED Roadmap for Swedish Living Lab including identification of industrial (business) partners to be able to support the implementation of the roadmap.

Continuous review of QA and feedback process for district and individual buildings including communication between stakeholders.

- WP6: Success Factors & Lessons Learned from Living Labs’ experience

Contribute to discussion, evaluation and documentation of Living Labs results and outcomes

-WP7: Dissemination

Support dissemination of results of the project.

Competence requirement:

-Previous knowledge about PEDs and digital twins in early stages.

-Experience from working in international and JPI Urban Europe projects.

-Experience from leading stakeholder processes.

-Flexibility to adapt to project specific context and potential changes in the research project.

-Partner in DTCC.

The work will be carried out during November 2022 and September 2025.

Price

Price shall be submitted in SEK excluding VAT and include all related costs requested in this request for tender.

Agreement terms

The supplier must accept all agreement terms.

Tender submission

The tender must be received no later than 2022-11-08.

The tender shall be valid until 2022-12-08.

Evaluation of tenders

The most economically advantageous tender (i.e., an assessment of price, quality, service etc.) will be chosen.

Confidentiality and the freedom of information principle

After the procurement has been terminated the principle of public access to official records applies. This means that all documents related to the procurement process become public and may be disclosed to anyone who requests access to them. Exceptions may only be made if there is any specific reason to believe that the Tenderer may suffer damage if the information is disclosed.
