The activities at the Quantum Technology Laboratory involve research within quantum computing and

technology. The projects are mainly connected to the development of quantum processors and other

components needed to build a large-scale quantum computer.

The purpose of the procurement of the wire bonder is to bring our device reproducibility up to

industrial standards, as needed to build reliable large-scale quantum systems. Making each

wire bond in the exact same way is an important part of this work.
