Description of goods/services

A portable galvanostat-potentiostat with EIS, with the option to eventually add a booster. 

Requirements specifications of goods/services

The purchase must include the following products/commitments/services:

- a portable galvanostat-potentiostat with one channel and room to add a booster within the instrument

- the offer must include an option to buy a booster valid for 3 months

- the instrument must have an internal control and a data buffer, that is it must continue the experiment even if the connection with the external computer is lost for several minutes/hours/days the longer the better (please specify)

- the channel must have a control current of 500 mA or more

- the channel must have a control voltage of +/- 10V or more

- the channel must have a low current limit of 10 nA with best resolution of 1pA or better

- the channel must have a best voltage resolution of 1 microV

- the channel must be able to perform EIS from 1 mHz or lower and up to 2 MHz or higher

- the channel must have a compliance of +/- 12V

- the booster must have a control current of 1 A on the whole control voltage range of +/- 40V

- the booster must have an accuracy of al least 5 mA and 5 mV

- the booster must have a sampling frequency of 10 Hz or more in both galvanostatic and potentiostatic mode

- the booster must be able to perform EIS up to 500kHz or more

- the controlling software must allow modification of the experimental parameters on the fly during the measurement

- the controlling software should allows to define and run scripts

The waranty should be of two years. If not please specify the price for the additional second year of warranty in your offer.

Price

Price shall be submitted in SEK excluding VAT and include all related costs requested in this request for tender.

Agreement terms

The supplier must accept all agreement terms as spcified in "Agreement on the purchase of a portable galvanostat-potentiostat".

Tender submission

The tender must be received no later than 2023-04-30

The tender must be valid until 2023-06-30

Evaluation of tenders

The most economically advantageous tender (i.e. an assessment of price, quality, service etc.) will be chosen.

Confidentiality and the freedom of information principle

After the procurement has been terminated the principle of public access to official records applies. This means that all documents related to the procurement process become public and may be disclosed to anyone who requests access to them. Exceptions may only be made if there is any specific reason to believe that the Tenderer may suffer damage if the information is disclosed.

If you have information that you feel is of such nature, your tender shall include precise details of which information should remain confidential, and how you would suffer damage in case of the public disclosure of this information. Chalmers will evaluate your request and determine whether confidentiality in accordance with Swedish law may be deemed to apply.
