Procurement of an AWG lock-in amplifier for quantum information processing
Chalmers Tekniska Högskola Aktiebolag
Direct award
Request for tender: Procurement of an AWG lock-in amplifier for quantum information processing.
Description of goods/services
At the department Quantum Technology, Chalmers University of Technology, we are a group working on quantum information processing using superconducting qubits. The QT department has as its key tentative research goal to make a quantum computer, which aims at developing and securing Swedish expertise within main areas of quantum technology (quantum computing, quantum simulation, quantum communications, quantum sensing).
As a branch within our research on quantum information processing, we actively explore various multi-qubit gates, and implement them experimentally in our lab. Our current research necessitates new quantum control equipment with a very heavy focus on phase syncronisation between a comparably large amount of microwave channels.
