Department of Industrial and Materials Science (IMS) is investing into a Potentiostat/galvanostat/FRAs instrument for establishing 2D composite research at Chalmers.

Description of goods:

Potentiostat/galvanostat/FRAs instrument

The procurement concerns a research (lab) equipment for the electrochemical test of graphene-related materials (GRM), especially in the field of energy storage application (e.g. galvanostatic charge/discharge test, cyclic voltammetry test, electrical impedance measurement).

Estimated total value of goods in SEK: 200.000-300.000.

Requirements specifications of goods:

The procurement MUST and SHOULD include the following products/commitments:

1.    Must have general functions as potentiostat, galvanostat, impedance analyzer, IR compensation

2.    MUST Include software package.

3.    MUST have the measurement range: +/- 12 V; +/- 500 mA, SHOULD possible extend to +/- 30 V; +/- 2A with booster board.

4.    MUST include standard cell cable and USB cable 1.5-2 m.

5.    SHOULD have current and Voltage range: from ±1 A to ±10 nA; ± 10 V to ±1 mV.

6.    MUST have impedance analyzer frequency range: 10 mHz to 1Mhz.

7.    MUST be compatible with Swedish electricity standard.

Price

Price shall be submitted in SEK excluding VAT and include all related costs requested in this request for tender.

Agreement terms

The supplier must accept all agreement terms.

Tender submission

The tender must be received no later than [2018-10-09] 

The tender shall be valid until [2018-11-01] 

Evaluation of tenders

The most economical, service and delivery-time advantageous tender will be chosen.

Confidentiality and the freedom of information principle

After the procurement has been terminated the principle of public access to official records applies. This means that all documents related to the procurement process become public and may be disclosed to anyone who requests access to them. Exceptions may only be made if there is any specific reason to believe that the Tenderer may suffer damage if the information is disclosed.
