The division of Combustion and Propulsion systems is expanding the research to also include wear particles and ambient air pollution research. For this we need a high-perfonance instrument system that can measure the particle size distribution (10nm – 10μm), time-resolved (10Hz) in combination with sampling the particulated for further analysis.
