An optical spectrum analyzer to measure optical signals from a diverse range of laser and incoherent
sources, including tunable lasers, mode-locked lasers, broadband incoherent sources and signals in
the lightwave communications C band.
The instrument must provide state of the art dynamic range and optical resolution in a robust and userfriendly form.
