Description of goods/services

An HPLC or UPLC system that can handle large sample amounts and are versatile when it comes to the ease of method switching.

Detectors to be included in total 3:

1. UV Diode-Array Detector.

2. Fluorescence-Spectrofluorometric Detector.

3. Electrochemical Detector and / OR Pulsed Amperometric Detector and / OR Conductivity detector.

Delivery and installation must be included. Installation, demonstration, and application training must be included in the price.

Support / personal technical support is highly desirable for a long time.

Great emphasis is placed on being able to use as many detectors as possible with the system. Detectors from other manufacturers must also be able to be used on the system. Simplicity to change column / mobile phases is important.

The purchase must include the following products/commitments/services:

An HPLC or UPLC system that can handle large sample amounts and are versatile when it comes to the ease of method switching.

It is important that detectors from other suppliers are compatible:

DIONEX CD20 Conductivity detector.

DECADE II Antex Electrochemical detector.

Price

700 000 SEK.

Price shall be submitted in SEK excluding VAT and include all related costs requested in this request for tender.

Agreement terms

Delivery and installation must be included. Installation, demonstration, and application training must be included in the price.

The supplier must accept all agreement terms.

Tender submission

The tender must be received no later than [22-02-25] (There is no legal time limit, but the supplier must have reasonably time to submit their tender.)

The tender shall be valid until [22-04-15] (Estimate your time for evaluation of the tenders and add two more weeks)

Evaluation of tenders

Opt 1: The most economically advantageous tender (i.e. an assessment of price, quality, service etc.) will be chosen. The best HPLC system with the most detectors will be chosen.

Opt 2: Lowest price will be chosen.

Description of the criteria that will be assessed (in the prioritized order):

- Performance/detector ability

- Support/Warranty

- Price

- Delivery time

Confidentiality and the freedom of information principle

After the procurement has been terminated the principle of public access to official records applies. This means that all documents related to the procurement process become public and may be disclosed to anyone who requests access to them. Exceptions may only be made if there is any specific reason to believe that the Tenderer may suffer damage if the information is disclosed.

If you have information that you feel is of such nature, your tender shall include precise details of which information should remain confidential, and how you would suffer damage in case of the public disclosure of this information. Chalmers will evaluate your request and determine whether confidentiality in accordance with Swedish law may be deemed to apply.
