Evaluation of tenders

The most specified advantageous tender (i.e. an asses ()sment of specifications, price, quality, service etc.) will be chosen. Since this antennas will be used as replacement at a specific place, the antennas must fulfil specified size, weight and hole pattern (see Cobham SA18-5.5VH/2286).

After the procurement has been terminated the principle of public access to official records applies.
