Development of scenarios for building stock model (BSM) in for Gothenburg and stakeholder workshops for user evaluations of web-based viewer

Requirements specifications of goods/services

The purchase must include the following commitments/services:

1. Development of climate scenario module integrating the existing Building Stock Modell (BSM) for Gothenburg and visualisation strategies:

a) Preparation and calculation of quantitative climate scenarios for buildings in selected areas of Gothenburg

b) Studies of building morphologies impact on selected climate scenarios

c) Supervision of integration and visualisations of scenarios in web-based viewer

2. Stakeholder workshops for user evaluation of integrated energy and climate scenarios for Gothenburg building stock in web-based digital twin viewer

a) Planning, execution, and documentation of three stakeholder workshops with three different target groups

b) Planning, execution, and documentation of stakeholder workshop with representatives from Gothenburg Energy, Property managers, and City of Gothenburg

3. Publication of results in two scientific journals.

Competence requirement: Documented knowledge about

- Urban energy and climate modelling

- Urban planning and GIS

- Stakeholder workshops

- Building energy data for Gothenburg building stock

- Good insights into the research project “Digital twin for modelling future energy needs in the Gothenburg building stock: A tool for increased stakeholder collaboration, efficiency, and coordination of energy issues”

- Scientific writing

- Specific knowledge about the

existing BSM for Gothenburg

energy and climate scenarios developed for the building stock of Gothenburg

web-based, digital twin viewer developed for the above mentions research project

The work will be carried out during October 2022 and December 2023.

Price

Price shall be submitted in SEK excluding VAT and include all related costs requested in this request for tender.

Agreement terms

The supplier must accept all agreement terms.

Tender submission

The tender must be received no later than 2022-10-21.

The tender shall be valid until 2022-11-21.

Evaluation of tenders

The most economically advantageous tender (i.e., an assessment of price, quality, service etc.) will be chosen.

After the procurement has been terminated the principle of public access to official records applies. This means that all documents related to the procurement process become public and may be disclosed to anyone who requests access to them.
