Framework agreement for the procurement of Bomb suit (NIJ Standard 0117.01 – 2016) with necessary associated equipment for, primarily, the Armed Forces to use in their operations.
Contract period (3+2+2) 7 years.
This procurement will be conducted as a negotiated procedure in two stages:
Stage 1. Interested companies apply to submit Tender Applications. Tender Applicants are selected to give the opportunity to submit a tender. Phase 1 is carried out according to this invitation.
Stage 2. Tenderers who have been selected in phase 1 will receive an invitation to tender and associated documentation. The conditions will be revealed to the prequalified tender applicants only.
The Bomb suit system will replace existing Bomb suits system.
FMV estimate the value of the framework agreement to EUR 25,000,000 (MEUR 25) including options regarding further acquisitions and prolonging. This shall however only be seen as an indication without obligations for FMV.
